Your Right to Return

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Kevantro purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we offer a straightforward returns process.

 

30-Day Return Window   You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund or exchange, provided it meets the conditions below.

 

Return Conditions

•        Items must be returned in their original, unused condition

•        All original packaging, accessories, cables, and documentation must be included

•        Items must not have been installed, configured, or modified

•        Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

 

How to Start a Return

1.     Email us at info.kevantro@gmail.com  with your order number and reason for return

2.     We will respond within 1-2 working days with a returns authorisation number (RAN)

3.     Securely package the item and include your RAN on the outside of the parcel

4.     Send the item to our returns address (provided in your RAN email)

5.     Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 working days

 

Refund Method

•        Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

•        Bank transfers and card refunds typically appear within 3-5 working days after processing

•        Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent
